I bought 3 t-shirts. They were good quality, unfortunately a size too big. I contacted Piktesee and received the t-shirts a size smaller as requested. The bigger shirts did not have to go back, I will donate these to a good cause.

I can’t rate the customer service high enough. The prompt response and quick resolution of my query exceeded my expectations. The T-shirts are great quality and have cool designs that have had my friends asking where I got them.

I recently purchased a Pikestee 'Hiking Girl' t-shirt and made an error when placing my order. The mistake was entirely my own. When the item arrived and I realised my mistake, I contacted Pikestee to arrange an exchange. Their service was outstanding and they had a new one in the mail in no time. I love my T-shirt and was super impressed by the fast and friendly service.

I ordered a cool t-shirt for my wife and she loved it!

However it turned out to be 1 size too big. I asked how I could return it and get a smaller one.
But instead they send me a smaller version for free, so I could give the one that was too big to a Friend.
