I recently purchased a Pikestee 'Hiking Girl' t-shirt and made an error when placing my order. The mistake was entirely my own. When the item arrived and I realised my mistake, I contacted Pikestee to arrange an exchange. Their service was outstanding and they had a new one in the mail in no time. I love my T-shirt and was super impressed by the fast and friendly service.

However it turned out to be 1 size too big. I asked how I could return it and get a smaller one.
But instead they send me a smaller version for free, so I could give the one that was too big to a Friend.

There was an error with my order. Possibly my mistake!

I was sure I’d ordered a size small and size large arrived . I checked my order confirmation and could see the order said large, so quite possibly an error on my part.

I emailed and explained. I was kindly told they would ship out a size small and that I should give the size large to someone in need. No need to return or pay for a new one.

The size small arrived today. It’s for a gift. I’m sure they’ll love it.

Bought the Hike/Pet Dogs t-shirt. Great comfortable weight - soft cotton - very nicely made. Would love a similar t-shirt - same material, etc - in a women's cut...

I LOVE my shirt. It is comfortable, and I love the tasteful design. I don’t really like BIG graphics, so I like the small graphics. It also shows my love of the outdoors.
